Two ways for you to get a quote

Would you like to sell your equipment or trade it in on a newer model? Fine Art Photo buys gently used photo equipment every day. Look around the house, check your closets, you may have an older camera or the photography gear you are not using that may be worth some CA$H. We are looking for gently used DSLR cameras, lenses and accessories. We only purchase items in full working order. Be sure to bring all accessories, cables, batteries, chargers, etc. Missing components will reduce the value and may impact our ability to make an offer. Fill out the form below for an online evaluation of your gear.


In store

If you want to bring your equipment in to our retail store in Lemoyne, PA.  We ask that you first call and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT at 717-761-8543. 


If you do not have an appointment you will be asked to leave the equipment for review.  The equipment we take in and the price we pay depends on equipment grade, our inventory and the current market. All purchases and trade ins require a drivers license.

Used Product Rating Guide

Each used product has a code to determine the cosmetic and mechanical condition. Each unit has a unique reason for this condition.


10: Has never been sold to a customer nor used.
May not include all retail packaging.


9: 100% original finish.
May not include original packing material or instruction books.


8+: 90-99% of original finish.
Gently used. A slightly marred finish revealed under close inspection. Optically and mechanically excellent.


8: 80-89% of original finish.
May have a blemish or two in the finish, but optically and mechanically excellent.


8-: 70-79% of original finish.
May show heavy wear from use that does not affect functionality. Optically and mechanically excellent.


7: 60-69% of original finish.
May be scratched or scuffed from wear but no corrosion, rust, or pits. Optically and mechanically very good.
